- Das Werk setzt sich mit dem Rollenverständnis des modernen Controllings auseinander. Denn: Die Liste der Vorurteile über das Controlling ist so lang wie ungerechtfertigt. Das moderne Controlling ist mehr als reine Kennzahlenberechnung. Controller müssen sich als Inhouse-Consultants verstehen und auch so verstanden werden.
