- Maßnahmen betrieblicher Familienpolitik, deren Vielfalt von Arbeitszeitflexibilisierung über Betriebskindergärten und Teleheimarbeitsplätzen hin zu Zeitkonten reicht, werden zunehmend als Antwort auf Fragen der Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie in Unternehmen praktiziert.
