- Synopsis
- Qualität und Qualitätsmanagement sind zu Leitbegriffen des Bildungsdiskurses geworden. An diese Debatte schließt die vorliegende empirische Studie an und fragt nach der Akzeptanz und den Wirkungen der Implementierung des Qualitätsmanagementmodells der Lernerorientierten Qualitätstestierung in das System der Weiterbildung. Als theoretischen Analyserahmen werden die Systemtheorie und der Neo-Institutionalismus herangezogen. Um die Komplexität des Implementationszusammenhangs abzubilden, werden alle relevanten, an diesem Zusammenhang beteiligten (Sub-)Systeme der unterschiedlichen Systemebenen in die Untersuchung integriert und mit einer Methodenkombination aus standardisierten Befragungen, Experteninterviews, Gruppendiskussionen, Dokumentenanalysen und organisationsbezogenen Fallstudien zu zwei Messzeitpunkten erfasst. Dies bildet die Datenbasis, um mit qualitativen wie auch multivariaten statistischen Verfahren Aussagen über Akzeptanz und Wirkungen zu formulieren.
