- Synopsis
- 'Internalisierung' und 'Strukturbildung' sind zentrale Begriffe im Zusammenhang mit dem Entstehen und der Aufrechterhaltung einer inneren, psychischen Welt. Diese innere Welt ist nicht einfach eine Art Abbild der äußeren Wirklichkeit, sondern bildet sich im Wechselspiel unter Konfrontation zwischen mitgebrachten Reaktionsdispositionen,körperlichen Bedürfnissen und Phantasien einerseits und befriedigenden und versagenden bis hin zu traumatisierenden Erfahrungen mit den wichtigen Bezugspersonen in der Kindheit und Jugend andererseits, ein Prozeß, der nie gänzlich abgeschlossen ist und ein grundsätzlich konflikthaftes Spannungsfeld zwischen äußerer 'objektiver' Realität und innerer Realität stiftet. Anliegen des Buches ist es, verschiedene Aspekte solcher Internalisierungs- und Strukturbildungsprozesse in theoretischer wie klinischer, diagnostisch-therapeutischer Hinsicht zu beleuchten. Ausführliche klinische Falldarstellungen aus Erwachsenen- und Kinderbehandlungen lassen die innere Arbeit und auch den psychischen Schmerz erkennen, die die sehr schwer gestörten Patienten/Patientinnen, um die es hier geht, und ihre Therapeuten/Therapeutinnen auf sich zu nehmen und zu durchleiden haben, soll es zu wirklichen Strukturveränderungen in der Therapie kommen.
