by Yali ZhuThis book employs Markov models and propensity score matching methods to analyze the demand for elderly care labor, utilizing data from the China Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS) and World Population Prospects 2022 (United Nations, 2022). The model predicts the health transferring scenario among the aging population firstly, and then the demand for elderly care labor from 2022 to 2058 under a fixed care time demand scenario according to 8-hour working system, as well as national and provincial regulations on caregiver-carereceiver ratios. The accelerated aging process and rapid increase in the younger elderly population will result in a rapid increase in the demand for elderly care labor for the healthy elderly until about 2042, with a 1.5-fold increase. This is followed by accelerated growth in the demand for elderly care labor for the impaired and dysfunctional aging population. Over time, the supply of older adults without care will gradually increase, nearly doubling by 2058 compared to 2022. It is recommended that on the one hand, eldercare labor demand in China can be reduced from the origin by improving the health of the population; and on the other hand, the effective supply of elderly care be expanded by building a modern care service system, improving relevant policies, integrating care resources, and innovating the supply model.

Eine ökonomische Theorie des Finanzausgleichs: Finanzwissenschaftliche Untersuchung am österreichischen Beispiel

Im Sinne dieser üblichen Betrachtungsweise und der Terminologie des österreichischen Finanzaus gleichsrechts (28, 30) folgend wird hier stets die Abgabenaufteilung dis kutiert; Erwerbseinkünfte und Krediteinnahmen sind nicht speziell be handelt. Bei der Abgabenaufteilung ist wiederum stets speziell an die Steuern zu denken. Der Finanzausgleich wird im Verhandlungswege bestimmt. Seit über Finanzausgleich diskutiert wird, bestimmt die Gegenüberstellung von sachlichen Kriterien und Verhandlungsergebnissen das Spannungsfeld des Finanzausgleichs. Die historische Betrachtung zeigt deutlich, wie die Verhandlung am Beginn der Finanzausgleichsaufteilung stand; das öko nomische Kriterium diente zur Stützung von Verhandlungspositionen, die Ergebnisse der Verhandlungen mußten keineswegs dem ökonomischen 5 Argument entsprechen . Durch die wissenschaftliche Beschäftigung mit Finanzausgleichsfragen haben dann sachliche Kriterien vor allem in den horizontalen Finanzausgleich Eingang gefunden. Beim vertikalen Finanz ausgleich steht die Verhandlungsdetermination noch wesentlich stärker im Vordergrund, vor allem aufgrund der gewählten Verteilungstechnik (für viele: 5).
Eine kritische Theorie für das Anthropozän

Diese Arbeit untersucht die Idee einer anthropologischen Mutation der politischen Konsolidierung von einem "postprometheanischen Miteinander" zur Schaffung der Fähigkeit zum gemeinsamen Handeln. Das von Hannah Arendt entwickelte politische Denken über die conditio humana ist hier als Ressource für das Denken über die Menschheit im Sinne des menschlichen Abenteuers wichtig. Dieses hat drei Dimensionen: Hybris, Welt und Koexistenz, die sich jeweils auf die Logik des Profits des homo oeconomicus, die Logik der Verantwortung des homo collectivus und die Logik der Gastfreundschaft des homo religatus beziehen.. Die in diesem Buch skizzierte intellektuelle und politische Haltung ist eine Erweiterungder kritischen Theorie: Das Werk übt auch Kritik an dem, was in unserer Beziehung zur Welt ein Problem darstellt, und schlägt vor, wie es überwunden werden kann, wobei das Endziel die soziale Transformation ist. Der Autor schlägt einen Aufstand und eine anthropologische Konsolidierung der Politik vor, die auf der Wiederbelebung beruht, die durch das Teilen einer Konvivialität sowohl zwischen den Menschen als auch mit dem Nicht-Menschlichen hervorgerufen wird. Die Identifizierung der Konvivialität als ein Bildungsparadigma, um das Anthropozän zu überleben, gibt uns trotz dieses Erbes des Anthropozäns den dringend benötigten Grund zur Hoffnung. Neben dem Arendt'schen Denken stützt sich diese kritische Theorie für das Anthropozän auf das politische Denken mehrerer zeitgenössischer Autoren, darunter Maurice Bellet, Hartmut Rosa, Andreas Weber, Dominique Bourg und Christian Arnsperger. Dieser Band ist für Forscher des Anthropozäns von Interesse.
