by Angela KranzIm Rahmen der Akademisierung des Hebammenberufes bleibt die Wahrnehmung der Vertiefung und Erweiterung von Hebammenkompetenzen innerhalb der Berufsgruppe ungeklärt. Diese unterteilt sich in akademische und nicht akademische Hebammen. Das Ziel der prospektiven Querschnittstudie besteht in der Untersuchung der Sichtweisen dieser beiden Gruppen in Bezug auf die Einschätzung der Relevanz von akademischen Hebammenkompetenzen. Darüber hinaus wird das Erhebungsinstrument hinsichtlich der Fragebogenstruktur und der reliablen Erfassung der Kompetenzfacetten einer Hebamme geprüft. Die Ergebnisse zeigen Konsens hinsichtlich der Einschätzung der Relevanz akademischer Hebammenkompetenzen. Die Studienergebnisse können als Grundlage für weitere Hebammenkompetenzforschung dienen.
